 All sales to include the first years ground rent free (currently £2400 per year and includes water and waste) and to include two full 47KG gas bottles. Electric is metered and charged at cost currently around 28p a unit.

Full T's & C's are on the website but to reiterate, we are a small, quiet adult only holiday park licenced for 12 months of the year for holiday use only, no residential use and cannot be used as a base for working.
